New Instructors

Welcome to the Carolina Lowcountry Chapter’s Health and Safety Services!  We hope that you will enjoy teaching Red Cross programs, and will work with you to help make sure that you can focus on what matters most - your participants! 

Before you teach your first class, however, it is important that we have all of the necessary paperwork to create your instructor file so that you receive credit for teaching and that all participant cards can be processed quickly!  Registering as a new instructor is usually done during the instructor class, but can also be done after the class is completed.

Step 1:  Complete and return Instructor Information Form and Sign Instructor Code of Conduct and Agreement

Step 2:  If teaching as an authorized provider, obtain an authorized provider agreement or make sure that you are added to an existing agreement prior to your first class. Click here to obtain the Authorized Provider Agreement request form.

Volunteers Needed! 

Please consider joining us as a volunteer instructor! We have classes available to fit your schedule and you can teach as little or as much as you want. Click here for more information on teaching as a volunteer.
